Our variety of cardio equipment and new lines of core strength machines ensures our philosophy of focused, balanced workouts is accomplished by all. Surrounded by the latest boardsports and music videos, as well as weekly live DJ's guarantees your workout experience to be far from routine.

 

Free Weights

Designed with all that is needed to do anything from light lifting and toning your physique to heavy benching and bulking up. Our free weight area has been recently upgraded to give any lifter the tools needed for success.

 

Stretch and Agility

Our dedicated stretch and agility area offers much needed open floor space to warm up before you start your workout or focus on core balance and agility exercises. The space is situated avoiding high traffic areas and allowing uninterrupted, specialized training.

 

Workout Tracking

Included as part of your membership is the ability to use our web 2.0 based workout tracking software. You can not only set up your own personalized web page, but you can track workouts, get tips, see your progress and graph your success. A private, easy to use kiosk is conveniently located in the gym for quick and easy access.
