 When it comes to health and fitness, it's really easy to lose focus on why it's really important. Many of us--myself included--become disheartened when we don't achieve the results we search for. It seems to take so much effort for very little return. The other day, Wave House Athletic Club program manager asked the question, "what is fitness?" I'd like to take that question a bit further. What I'd like to know is, "why do you exercise?" Is it to look good? Build confidence? Be a stronger competitor? But before you answer, watch the video below.
