A non-impact, deep water cardio class. You do not need to know how to swim to do well in this class. Flotation devices are provided and used to keep your head above water. The focus is to increase cardiovascular fitness and increase muscular strength and tone using water resistance, buoyancy belts, and minimum resistance equipment.
