This class is designed to touch all areas of the body to bring more mobility to the joints, strength to the major muscle groups and address the needs of its participants. Designed to reinforce muscle awareness, increase range of motion and improve balance, followed by strengthening exercises using hand weights to grow muscle fiber. Any and all senior age range participants are encouraged to attend! This class includes some easy yoga for all ages and ranges of experience, geared for joint alignment and back pain.
