The one thing I hear the most and absolutely hate is the phrase, “ I don’t have time”….What’s up with that? You’re alive right now right. You’ve got 24hrs in a day. You’re a human being just like everyone else, you have plenty of time to do whatever you want. It’s your life, it belongs to you! If you don’t want to do something, just say so, don’t lie to yourself and say “I don’t have time”.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is the way they talk to themselves. They’ve grown up in America and have created rights and wrongs about who they are, what they’re doing, and how to act. The only truths are natural laws with physical, measurable realities. Not cultural realities.
Reality check #1, to feel happy, diet and exercise works. It’s a proven fact. The combination of eating correctly and proper exercise works 100% of the time. If you don’t know how to diet and exercise, do the research yourself, or find someone who does and ask for help. Don’t make an excuse and say “I don’t have time”…..MAKE TIME! ITS YOUR LIFE! If you eat right, exercise and don’t watch too much TV, then I guarantee you will have plenty of energy to take care of all the necessary things in your life. I find it funny when people say things like, “I’ve found myself and im happy with who I am.” Your since of “self” changes daily with every new experience you face. So to say you’ve found yourself like you’re not changing anymore, is just preposterous, or better yet, Erroneous! Change is a good thing, and if you take care of your body, it’s possible. Always evolve, as you know, complacency killed the cat. Do Work!
