As an athlete and fitness enthusiast, I have always appreciated and respected the importance of fitness, health and movement.  As a former collegiate coach, I enjoy working with all levels, from fitness beginners to sport performance and conditioning.  With education and experience in athletic training, I understand the importance of stretching, off-season conditioning, injury prevention, and post injury rehabilitation. With a certification and experience in SuperSlow® strength training, I have found this protocol beneficial for post-rehabilitation, arthritis, novice exercise individuals, as well as, the baby boomer population. I enjoy working with individuals to build programs specific to their fitness needs and goals, while striving to ensure the program and our time spent together is extremely successful, creative, hard-working, and yes, certainly fun!  As goals and needs are soon met, you will see and feel the effects of a healthy, active, and energetic, lifestyle!
