How often do you workout at WHAC?
5-6 times a week

What inspires you to stay healthy?
My younger brother was diagnosed with Leukemia 15 years ago and has since become healthy. I have done many charity events for him and other Make-A-Wish kids like him over the years.

What music is on your workout playlist?
Metallica and Kid Rock

Have you taken advantage of any of our great personal trainers that we have here at WHAC?
GRIT and Spin

How has Wave House Athletic Club helped you to reach your fitness goals outside of the gym?
It has helped me with my endurance in events including 3 marathons, 7 half-marathons, 10 Olympic distance Triathlons, 4 half-Ironmans, and 3 Ironman Triathlons.

How would you describe WHAC to a friend?
A great place to work out with great people and fun classes. Location next to the beach makes it convenient to go for a jog after a workout.

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I like to play hockey, travel, and visit with my nieces and nephews.
