How did you both get so involved with working out and getting into great shape? We received free passes for 7 days from a member that works at north shore cafe at Wavehouse

Did you all face any sort of challenges when sticking to a routine?
Eating healthier and budgeting time between work

What is the #1 thing you like most about being into fitness?
We love the way we feel!

What is a typical day for you guys, fitness wise? Do you have a basic routine?
A mix of cardio and weight training

What exercises do you do when you work out at Wave House?
We utilize every piece of equipment that you have to offer

Do you ever work out outside of the gym? Take runs, go hiking, or beach boot camps?
Yes. We hike, swim, and speed walk all around mission bay

Many people take various supplements these days. Do you yourself take any supplements for that extra boost?
No

Staying motivated is really hard, yet you guys seem to work out almost every day. Do you have any tips to stay motivated and continue to work out on a daily routine?
Just knowing, when you fall off your routine you start getting lazy. We don't want that

What do you like to do to relax?
Go sailing or camping

Do you guys have a cheat day or a day that you indulge a little? If so, is there a certain item you always like to have? Ice cream, candy, etc...
Yes, every now and then we indulge in Cold Stone ice cream

What type of music do you like to listen to when you work out?
Whatever is playing at Wavehouse works for us. We also like it when the DJ plays

You guys always seem to work out with each other. Do you ever work out alone? Or do you always go in together?
My Dad and I inspire each other to do this. The fact that he is 62 and still going for it. He's like my coach

What is your favorite exercise that you really push yourselves with?
The treadmills and elliptical are the machines that help us
