Parkour: Now This is MOVEMENT

Parkour is movement through and around urban and rural settings as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Individuals use stop signs, roofs, cars, etc to get from one place to the next by using these objects to propel them forward.  I have tried it, and it was one of the most challenging ways to require my body to move.  Not only does it require great physical capabilities, but mentally challenges you to trust your body and your surroundings.  Exercise does not always have to be in a gym, check out the video and you will see what I mean! -By Nicole Pizzi
