Private Training

1 one hour session $65

10 thirty min sessions $400

10 one hour sessions $600

20 one hour sessions $1100

Semi-Private Training

Train with a friend! 10 one hour sessions $400 each

3 people with one goal! 10 one hour sessions $333 each

Session I: October 23rd (Tuesday) - November 17th (Saturday)

Session II: November 27th (Tuesday) - December 22nd (Saturday)

Session III: January 8th (Tuesday) - February 2nd (Saturday)

 

Class schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 -11:30am and 5:30 - 6:30pm
Saturdays from 10-11am

 

Class emphasis:
Tuesdays: full body with core emphasis
Thursdays: full body with cardio emphasis
Saturdays: full body with plyometric emphasis

 

Payment plans:
Recruit: $25 (full access for any one day)
Enlisted: $160 a month (Full access on Tuesday and Thursdays)
Special Forces: $180 a month (Full access on Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday)

 

Complimentary assessment and nutritional coaching:
Each client can take advantage of a full fitness
assessment (Body composition and goals) and
nutritional coaching.
