Any current Athletic Club Member, who refers a Private Group Event will receive:

  Event Food and Beverage sales totaling:
3 months of free membership $5,000.00 to $10,000.00
6 months of free membership $10,001.00 to $25,000.00
9 months of free membership $25,001.00 to $40,000.00

Requirements:

  • A minimum of $5,000.00 must be met in food and beverage. This minimum does NOT include site fees, taxes, service charge, wave rental, talent costs and any other line item cost.
  • The Special Event client must be an individual that is not currently in negotiations with the Special Events department and cannot be repeat business.
  • Referral must be made by a current member of the Wave House Athletic Club in good standing.
  • If a questionable referral scenario arises, it will be at the discretion of the General Manager of the Athletic Club and Director of Sales to determine if it is an approved referral.
